How Aurisen Technologies collects, uses, and protects the information you share with us — explained in plain language.

Home/Privacy Policy
01

Introduction

Aurisen Technologies (“Aurisen”, “we”, “us” or “our”) builds custom software, web applications, and AWS cloud infrastructure for businesses. Protecting the information entrusted to us is part of how we work — not an afterthought.

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit our website, submit an enquiry, apply for a job, or engage us for a project; how we use and protect that information; and what choices you have. It applies to aurisen.co.in and to the services we deliver directly to our clients.

By using our website or sharing your details with us, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or submit information through it.

02

Information We Collect

We only collect what we actually need to answer your enquiry, assess your application, or deliver the work you have asked us to do.

Information you give us

Name, email address, phone number, company name, and the message you send through our contact or enquiry forms.

Recruitment data

When you apply for a role: your CV or résumé, work history, qualifications, portfolio links, and the position applied for.

Technical data

IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring pages, and the pages you view on our site.

Usage data

Aggregated analytics about how visitors navigate the site, which we use to improve content, performance, and structure.

We do not ask for or knowingly collect sensitive personal data — such as government ID numbers, health records, or payment card details — through this website. Project invoices are settled through banking channels outside the site.

03

How We Use Your Information

Information collected through our website is used for the following purposes only:

  • Responding to enquiries — to contact you about the project, service, or question you submitted.
  • Preparing proposals — to scope requirements, estimate effort, and share quotations.
  • Delivering services — to carry out development, cloud migration, maintenance, and support work.
  • Recruitment — to evaluate applications, schedule interviews, and keep you updated on your candidacy.
  • Improving our website — to analyse traffic patterns, fix errors, and improve performance and usability.
  • Security and prevention of misuse — to detect spam, abuse, and unauthorised access attempts.
  • Legal compliance — to meet obligations under applicable Indian law, including accounting and tax requirements.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not use your details for unrelated marketing without your consent, and every email we send includes a way to opt out.

04

Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device to help a website function and to understand how it is being used. Our site keeps this to a minimum:

Type Purpose Retention
Essential Keep the site secure and functional, including form submission and spam protection. Session
Analytics Measure visits and page performance in aggregate so we can improve the site. Up to 24 months
Preference Remember basic choices so you do not have to set them on every visit. Up to 12 months

You can block or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings. Essential cookies are required for parts of the site to work correctly, so disabling them may affect forms and navigation. Our site does not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals, as no common standard for them exists yet.

05

Sharing & Disclosure

Your information stays within Aurisen Technologies except in these limited situations:

  • Service providers — hosting, email delivery, and analytics partners who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations, and only for the purpose we engaged them for.
  • Cloud infrastructure — our systems and client deployments run on established providers such as Amazon Web Services, subject to their own security and privacy commitments.
  • Professional advisers — accountants, auditors, or legal counsel where necessary and under a duty of confidence.
  • Legal requirement — where disclosure is required by law, a court order, or a lawful request from a government authority.
  • Business transfer — in the event of a merger, acquisition, or restructuring, with the same protections continuing to apply.

International transfers

Aurisen Technologies operates from Indore, India. Some of our service providers may store or process data on servers located outside India. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure the data remains protected by safeguards comparable to those described in this policy.

06

Data Security

Security is a core part of our engineering practice, and we apply the same discipline to our own systems:

  • Encryption in transit using HTTPS/TLS across our website and client deployments.
  • Access to personal data restricted to team members who need it for their role.
  • Hardened Linux servers with managed patching, firewalls, and monitoring.
  • Regular backups, along with recovery procedures that we test.
  • Secure coding standards, code review, and dependency updates on the applications we build.

No method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure. While we work hard to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal data, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law.

07

Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as it serves the purpose it was collected for, or as long as the law requires:

Data Retention period
Website enquiries Up to 24 months from your last contact with us
Job applications Up to 12 months, so we can consider you for future openings
Client project records For the duration of the engagement, plus the period required by contract and tax law
Analytics data Up to 24 months, in aggregated form

When information is no longer needed, we delete it securely or anonymise it so it can no longer be linked to you.

08

Your Rights & Choices

You remain in control of the information you share with us. Subject to applicable law, you may:

  • Access — ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct — have inaccurate or incomplete details updated.
  • Delete — request erasure of your data where we have no ongoing legal or contractual need for it.
  • Withdraw consent — opt out of communications at any time, without affecting work already delivered.
  • Object or restrict — ask us to stop or limit a particular use of your information.
  • Portability — receive your data in a structured, commonly used format.

To exercise any of these rights, email with the subject line “Privacy Request”. We will verify your identity and respond within 30 days.

09

Client Project Data

When we build, migrate, or maintain systems for a client, we may access data held inside those systems — which can include personal data belonging to the client’s own customers or employees.

In that role we act as a processor on the client’s instructions, not as the owner of the data. We handle it strictly within the scope of the engagement, under the confidentiality and data-protection terms of our contract, and we do not use it for any purpose of our own. Access is limited to the team assigned to the project and is removed when the engagement ends.

If you are an end user of a system we built for another company, that company’s privacy policy governs your data. Please contact them directly with requests about it.

10

Third-Party Links

Our website may link to external sites, including our social media profiles and the sites of technology partners. Those sites are operated independently and have their own privacy practices. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your data — we encourage you to read their policies before sharing information with them.

11

Children’s Privacy

Our services are intended for businesses and professionals. We do not direct our website at children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

12

Changes To This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our services, technology, or legal obligations. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be communicated directly to active clients.

We recommend reviewing this page occasionally. Continuing to use our website after an update means you accept the revised policy.

13

If you have questions about this policy, or about how your information is handled, we would be glad to hear from you.
